A discussion with RE Matt Fender about a lot of things PCA, many of which center on the concept of "Review and Control."  Matt served on the Overtures Committee, the Committee on Constitutional Business, and the Review of Presbytery Records Committee for this past GA.  Last year he was the presenter of the O15 Minority Report which sent the Overture to the presbyteries.
