The PCA GA Pre-Assembly Work has begun.  This episode is the talk that Stated Clerk Bryan Chapell gave to the Commissioners (Voters) at the General Assembly who are serving on the various Committee of Commissioners (CoC).  The purpose of the talk is to explain the role and functions of the CoCs and the Commissioners on them.  Pastor George intros and concludes the talk with Commentary.  Dr. Bryan Chapell has approved of George using this talk.
